I work with people who want to feel strong again — without burning themselves out.

  • Has trained hard for years, but feels tired, sore, or disconnected

  • Is juggling work, life, and responsibilities, and has little space left for themselves

  • Wants to stay strong, mobile, and capable — now and long term

  • Is craving structure and permission to slow down

 

This is for people who value their health, listen to their bodies, and are ready for a more sustainable way of training and living.

MY PHILOSOPHY

Strength isn’t just about how much you can lift — it’s about how well you recover, adapt, and live.

My approach blends:

  • Intentional strength training

  • Nervous system–aware programming

  • Recovery practices like nature walks, meditation, breathwork, sauna, and cold plunge

  • Time in nature and space to slow down

I believe in training with purpose, not punishment.
In listening to your body instead of pushing past it.
In building resilience that supports your life — not competes with it.
